I don't know if the author ever plans to give Ayanokoji a genuine relationship by the end of the series, but if he does, I honestly hope he ends up with Suzune. Maybe it's because their relationship has grown so naturally over time. Suzune has always respected Ayanokoji's abilities, but she never simply relied on him. She constantly tries to understand him, catch up to him, and stand beside him. I really like that dynamic between them. And if Ayanokoji ever starts developing real human emotions and learning how to genuinely connect with people, Suzune feels like the person who would understand that side of him the most. Not because she wants to use him or because she's obsessed with him, but because she genuinely acknowledges him as a person. I know there are a lot of different ships in this series, but if we're talking about an endgame relationship, Suzune is the one I find myself rooting for the most. Always has been a Horikita supporter; go on, girl. Here's to the end of this season and looking forward to more to come. See ya all, fellas, on to the next one.
